Live Timer is designed to keep your timer data local to your device.

Live Timer does not collect, sell, or share personal data.

Timer names, notes, settings, preferences, custom alarm sounds, and saved timers are stored locally on the user's device and are not sent to the developer.

Live Timer does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or account login services.

Apple services such as iCloud, TestFlight, App Store purchases, crash reports, and Apple Watch synchronization are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy practices.

For support, contact chanshuowu@icloud.com. Information included in support emails is used only to respond to the request.

For privacy on shared or locked screens, Live Timer includes private Lock Screen snapshots to hide timer details when you do not want others to see your task names.

Permissions and connected devices

In Timer Settings, open Custom Sound to record or import an audio or video file. Choose up to 29 seconds. Microphone permission is needed only for recording.

The Watch app can show its cached board, but timer and note changes require the paired iPhone to be powered on, nearby, and reachable. When disconnected, the board is view-only and actions are not queued.
